Shipping Information

Due to Covid 19 shipping may take a bit longer than usual, thank you for your understanding. If you need your item urgently, please e-mail us at sales@hjwhaleyjewelry.com we will let you know what is achievable.

Your piece will arrive to you within 5-7 days of placing your order for US shipments and 7-14 days for international purchases. If you need an item to be delivered to you faster than this, please e-mail us at sales@hjwhaleyjewelry.com and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

Shipping cost within US: $20
Shipping cost outside USA/ International: $35

Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties or taxes. These will only be applicable when shipping to certain regions and will be applied when shipping. Please check with your local customs office to find out if you are liable to pay duties and taxes in your region and how much these will be.  

We use FedEx Domestic or International services. We will always insure and track your purchase. Your tracking details will be e-mailed to you once we have processed your order.

Returns & Exchanges

 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or credit note. We do not offer refunds for returned items unless faulty. If you are planning to make a return, please email us at sales@hjwhaleyjewelry.com so that we can expect your return.

If your item is a gift and you would like an extended return period, please contact us at sales@hjwhaleyjewelry.com

All pieces will arrive with a security tag attached. No returns will be accepted if this tag is removed. Please also ensure the piece is unworn, in the condition it arrived in and in its original packaging.  

We recommend that you use a secure and trackable courier and insure the returned item as we will not be liable for any loss or damage during shipment.

FAQs

Sizing

Our ring sizes are measured using standard US sizing. If you are used to using a different sizing method, there are size conversion charts online. If unsure about your size please email us at sales@hjwhaleyjewelry.com and we will be happy to help.

If you would like to buy a ring but it isn’t in your size, please e-mail us as we may be able to resize it for you. If this isn’t possible for the style you have selected then it may be possible for us to make it for you as a bespoke order, please see below for details.

Bespoke Orders

If you are looking for something which is no longer in stock or want to discuss a bespoke order, please email us at sales@hjwhaleyjewelry.com and we will be happy to discuss your needs and hopefully make something especially for you.

For all bespoke purchases we require a 50% deposit to start production and the remaining 50% before delivery. The lead time for this service is 8-10 weeks.

Faulty Goods

If a piece arrives to you damaged or a manufacturing fault happens within the first 6 months of purchase, this is classified as faulty. Please note that if the damage to the item happens as a result of wear and tear, this is not considered faulty. If the piece arrives to you damaged, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving it.

If possible, we will repair the faulty item or replace it with the same product in the same size if in stock. If this is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the item. 

Image Accuracy

We have tried our best to show the true colors of our jewelry in the online photography as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display on your computer will be completely accurate. If you would like additional images of any piece, please email us at sales@hjwhaleyjewelry.com.
